There are npapi for adobe only on the android

The current plugin API is not something that can be supported in the future,
and requires deep trust from the browser on the plugin, so it is restricted
to entities it trusts.

(Also the plugin API is pretty fundamentally broken -- it is the traditional
Netscape plugin API, which just outright does not work as a general plugin
API for Android due to the designs of Android's security model.)

Note that nobody has claimed that Android currently supports plugins.

SIGNATURE_1 is signature of adobe certificate.
For only support flash , Google make hard-coded string into android
source code for special greated company.
It is very funny.
If android are truly open OS, Through the complement of the current
apk certification policy, npapi plugin signed by Accredited
certificates must be able to run.
About this problem I wonder what Google's policy.
